Members of Hope CommUnity Center waited anxiously together on Thursday night in anticipation of President Obama’s Executive Action to give relief to some of the millions of immigrants who have been living in the shadows, afraid and suffering while working and contributing to the economy of the United States.
As Obama spoke, reactions were emotional. Now, the work begins as we at Hope learn the details of the application process and educate our community members. HCC will accompany this immigrant community in the process of securing legal immigration.
Below is the official statement of Hope CommUnity Center. Please contact us if you would like more information about the Executive Action and our response.
We use the Paypal service to securely process these donations, but you do NOT need a Paypal account to donate.
